"We have rented here for 2.5 years and the owners are cheap and take whatever shortcuts they can in every way. As an example, these units have 5 bedrooms and they expect units that can sleep 10 comfortably to limit trash to 2 bags/week. What if you live here full time during the winter or entertain? Appliances continually break, they blame the renters and then replace them with other, used, broken appliances. I went through 4 washing machines in one unit and they blame me for all of the problems with them. It’s to the point where one of the other residents came over one day and said, oh that’s the broken washing machine from OUR unit. Then we moved into another unit- just to be nice and to accommodate them being able to sell even though we have a lease and no obligation to move. Into the new unit we had a broken water softening system, broken dishwasher , broken laundry machine and broken refrigerator drawers. It has been 3 months and they still have not repaired the dishwasher, water or refrigerator. I have withheld rent until these items are done and they constantly hound me for rent. CHEAP AND CROOKED. We have been contemplating buying one of the units but they manage the properties until they sell them all and it makes me incredibly nervous to have to deal with them moving forward as an owner. Buyer/renter BEWARE Update 7/22/20- We have moved out as of 6/30/20 and left the unit in perfect condition and I have pictures to show that. The owners have been unresponsive in returning our security deposit and to all of our communication so now we are taking them to court."

"Very rude!! A huge waste of time!! Will tell you anything to get the application which has ALL your personal info, then he will promise you everything looks great and the place is yours, then never hear anything from him, whether it be email, call or text. Don’t waste anytime with this guy!! There are real rentals and much better people on the mountain than this guy!!"
