"Had plentiful experiences from Brian fixing many things I couldn’t fix myself. He’s fair and knowledgeable. He has always been honest about things, if it wasn’t worth fixing he told me, he didn’t lead me into worthless repairs that made no sense. You can’t get any better than this guy! 5 stars ⭐️"
"Brian does excellent work. We dropped off a mower without much hope of it being repairable. It was!! Service was fast and reasonably priced. Definitely would use them again."
"I have been to Brian at least four times for various equipment repairs. He has been able to fix everything we have brought to him. Some of it I'll admit could have been replaced. He can fix things that the average tinkerer can not. We had tried to fix some things ourselves. His prices are very reasonable. He is honest about cost and if parts can be repaired vs. replaced. I have recommended his business to others. He also offers pick up and drop off service for equipment and many other local places do not."
"I was pretty disappointed with the services I received. I dropped off a leaf blower with Brian and he said it would be several weeks before he could look at it, since he had more important yard maintenance work to do. That's fine, but three weeks later he called to tell me that he had looked at the leaf blower and could see simply by pulling the cord that it wasn't worth repairing - that the motor wasn't spinning. I appreciated the honesty that this model wasn't worth taking apart to try to fix it since the mechanism is buried deep in the engine, but I was really taken aback when I came to pick it up, and was given a diagnostic bill for half an hour of labor at $60 per hour, and a "misc shop supplies" charge of $6. He simply showed me that pulling the cord didn't turn the visible mechanism in the engine. How does diagnosing that take 30 minutes and $6 of miscellaneous supplies? I balked at it, and I think he realized how unreasonable it was and said, "Ok, how about 20 bucks". Sure, but I won't be going back."
