"Nice place to hang out, very good beer, they focus on IPA's. The flagship beer is Heady Topper which is very heavy on the hops but very good flavor. The tap room keeps evolving and getting better. It started as a simple tasting room, then made it into a larger space where you can hang out and sample/buy the beer, and now they have tables and offer food from a food truck partner. Still a great place to hang out."

"This place is just plain cool. It's very artsy and very welcoming. I am of course underage to drink (17) but I can still enjoy a root beer here."

"This place was highly recommended by a random beer fan when we were at another brewery in Maine. We ordered the Shut the Hell Up and the Big Daddy. Both were very good and flavorful, nice and cold and carbonated. When we first walked in, we were nicely greeted by a staff member who explained the layout of the place and gave our kid a cool sticker. The vibe of the place is relaxed and unique. There’s a spot for to-go beer and beer drive up for pickup which was something we don’t usually see for a brewery. There’s a large outside area with chairs and another spot for canned beer."

"The Alchemist is a dog-friendly gem! Their consideration for dog owners with a sign for parental caution is thoughtful. My only minor gripe is the lack of draft beer available outside. It's been too long since I enjoyed Heady or Focal on draft, but overall, it's a great spot for dog lovers and beer enthusiasts alike. Thank you for making this dog friendly again!"

"Amazing brewery with a great atmosphere and interesting artwork. Beers were reasonably priced. Great tasting IPAs that are served cold in a glass. Their space inside is surprisingly small but they do have a nice outdoor sitting area/beer garden. Plenty of parking spaces. You can purchase some of your favorite beers to take home. Before coming check the days to make sure they are open. They were closed a few days during the week when we were planning our visit. You can leave with some free stickers and coasters. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area."
