"Amazing place."

"Wow! The reviews sound so biased! I never even thought of leaving a review since I know EVERYONE in Hanover whose kids go there feel blessed and grateful. But I'm leaving this review for people who might be moving from another area who are depending on Google reviews. I've sent my two kids here for years and this is the best place I've ever sent my kids to. My kids have been extremely happy. They learned to express themselves instead of wailing. They learned to negotiate with friends and make friends. They learned basic manners. The worst thing my kids can say after spending time here is ," no thank you". And that comes with such intensity that it makes me laugh. The teachers are amazing. I've yet to find a day when my kids are not clean and or are neglected. There is so much personal attention that every teacher gives that my 4 yo started reading and writing. So by the time he was ready to go to Kindergarten he was reading at a second grade level. I'm very very grateful for all the staff for everything that they do for my kids. I know they have a long waiting list and everyone knows this place is amazing but I just thought I'll write my experience here. I moved from another state a few years ago and I would have been put off by these "made up" reviews."

"I have never left a negative review on any website but today when walking by I heard a toddler (between the age of 1 and 2) crying and they sounded as if he/she was in extreme distress. When I looked over one of the child care providers was washing the child off with a hose and whether it was just their feet or whole body I’m unsure of but the child was undressed and in a diaper so unfortunately I think it was their body. I overheard the childcare provider mention washing sand off which would be fine, but I can assume the hose water was freezing. If my child were at this facility and I witnessed this I would immediately remove them. It was quite an upsetting scene."
