"Convenient for the time of night. Thank God you guys are open in the middle of the night"
"Ok for real though. The smell...it's unbearable. I can't be in there for more than 2 minutes. I have no idea how the staff puts up with it. What is that smell?"
"We bought snacks for a road trip and it seemed clean and the staff was friendly."
"I really like the employees here. I go here a few times a week and it’s a very consistent experience. I’m not a fan of Cumberland’s farms drinks and the prices for drinks that aren’t their brand are out of control. The Company prices normal things higher to get you to buy their brand it feels like. Still this location has great employees and I will pay a little extra for great customer service!!"
"I went there at 1:30am on a Sunday night (I'm always in there late since I live down the street). Usually I go there and everyone is nice as pie. Tonight I went there and there was this short girl with a visor on with short black hair (kinda looks like a man), I've seen her there alot before and she is usually nice. Not tonight, she had some man waiting on her and she was very rude. I made a coffee and she felt the need to stand over my shoulder the whole time. Sometimes when I make a coffee I spill a little, which I always clean up (other staff has seen me clean my own mess, its the least I can do.) This lady had a major attitude about it, don't know if it was her man friend or general laziness but it was rude. I then continued to look around the store and everywhere I went she was over my shoulder. I felt extremly uncomfortable and there was no need for it. I've been a daily customer since before she even started working there. Should I have went to a different store like she suggested? That's ridiculous. This behavior is wrong and needs to be corrected as soon as possible. Thank you Tanya Richards"
