"Well, I have finally signed my 1 year lease agreement on Wednesday November 22nd, 2023 with CHT. I was so Happy when I got my Key's too my New Apartment! Its just so Frustrating Waiting for month's to be able to move into my home, Because of the Paper Trail that the State & Federal Government Agencies want all on paper just to sit in a Filing Cabinet and not be looked at again. It's a Ton Of Mental Stress on someone who has been Homeless since February 02nd, 2017. But I am very grateful that I have this Opportunity to be able to be somewhat Independent on my own and into a very nice place to live. I am going to a very nice and quiet neighborhood ,where I can get some much needed rest and enjoy myself and my Cat's. Thank You So Much CHT and Everyone Else That Helped Me Get Into My Own Place. I Love My New Apartment."
"Management does not care a single bit about the tenants who live here. The apartment directly above can stomp, jump, and bang around on the floor for hours at a time and management is never available to take a phone call; even taking the noise complaint directly to their office doesn't help, they still simply do nothing. Same goes for maintenance. I can see one of the other windows here has been broken and was simply taped over for the past year instead of properly fixed/replaced. If you value any sort of peace and quiet, I would tell you to stay away from this place. However, if you tend to do something loud yourself, this is a great place to go; if you play an instrument, dance, or like to go bowling in your own apartment. You can make as much noise as you want and noise complaints will never be acted on. While we're here, I should mention the lack of control anyone has over the heating during winter. You get a thermostat but you can only change it by a few degrees, and the heat is blasting hot every night during winter. You can look outside and see half the windows open at these times, even in freezing temperatures. I understand they don't want pipes to freeze, but you don't need it to be 85 degrees inside to prevent that. Frankly they'd save so much money on heating if they gave people more control, or at least didn't forcibly blast the heat at night, so I don't really understand this one. The only real reason this isn't a 1-star review is because the building is of new construction and so feels pretty modern"
"Nice building but the area is way over populated. There's an excess of screaming kids & drug activity. One of the worst places I've ever lived."
"Love where I live"
