"The staff in this facility is amazing and very respectful to my father while he was there. Unfortunately we had to move him to be closer to the family. He wanted to stay there as he was very comfortable there but didn't need the lock down and the facility refused to move him to long term care side."

"I lived in Bayberry for almost 2 years and I really enjoyed living there. I liked the location being in Burlington yet, a bit secluded from the noise and traffic that would normally come with living in a city, albeit a small city. I had nice, considerate, and quiet neighbours- never experienced any noise disturbance. I could never hear anything going on in the units above or beside me and I think I have decent auditory function haha. It is absolutely a great community for both singles and family units. At the time, my rent for a 1-bd (750 sq. ft) was definitely cheaper than it is now, so it was pretty affordable considering all the amenities covered by the rent. I realise I can't say the same today, but my review and 5-star rating is based solely on my past experience. Throughout my time renting, I met two property managers (Annie then Erin) and I loved working with both of them. They were super nice, professional, communicative and really easy to work with, in fact, the entire office was. During the winter and after every snowfall, the roads within the complex were plowed very quickly. The apartments have high-quality insulation so, great heat retention. And in the summer, the AC in my unit worked well and my apartment stayed cool for long periods. On rare occasions when I had issues with appliances, they were fixed quickly and I mean within a day or two. Look, I have nothing negative to say about this gorgeous complex. If you can afford the rent, I highly recommend living in Bayberry, you won't regret it! :D"

SD Ireland does a fantastic all around job. They're very responsive, helpful and take care of things proactively. Definitely the best community and property manager I've ever had!"

"I have lived in Bayberry Commons for three years now. I find the place peaceful, well taken care of and a beautiful place to live. All the tenants and staff I have encounter have been polite and respectful. The grounds are well maintained and as a tenant I feel proud letting people know where I live. I only had one maintenance request in the three years I been here and that was during covid. The glass shattered on the outside of the non sliding side of the patio door. They accessed the door and replace it as soon as they could get a replacement delivered during covid. Very professionally done. Bayberry Commons has rules everyone must adhere too. I am please to know they do enforce them which makes this a better place to live. Overall, I cannot imagine a better place to live. The location is also awesome. Less than 10 minutes you are downtown and on the lake. A few minutes to the interstate. I have used the gym, but never used the swimming pool. I do see tenants going and coming them. I have stopped by them in the past and they are both very pleasant. There is the F35 noise, but they pass over quickly. That's probably true for most of the area."
