"They are not perfect but like everywhere they have some employees that are better than others. After reading some of these ridiculous reviews, I had to leave one. What other service delivers to you almost everyday? One or two issues here and there can be expected, they are humans. I once had a package that they forgot to put a slip in my mailbox. I looked on the informed delivery and it said it was at the post office (I'd recommend signing up for that). When I went there they very politely looked for the package checked my ID and that was it. No big deal."

"I wish these delivery people would hustle a little more. I feel like they meander and mosey around. This is a tiny town it’s not a big city or suburb or something. It shouldn’t take as long as it does for my packages to be delivered. I also wish that they would bring my mail to my door instead of installing these dumb community mailboxes everywhere. I see them driving by in the usps truck to do package pickups, so they come to the door for some things still! Even if I schedule a package pickup for my outgoing packages, and they’re coming to my door, they still leave my mail in the community box. Like dude you’re coming to my door anyways! Lazy lazy lazy!"

"Awful! They take forever to deliver mail. Waiting around all day for things I need for my small business. It’s so annoying. First the site says my package will be here by 2:35pm then it moves to saying it’ll be here by 9pm. Really? What are you people doing? This is a small town not a large city. It shouldn’t take this long. I feel like they’re just taking their sweet time."

"I went to my local post office this morning and I do not often leave bad reviews but I am truly shocked at how poorly I was treated. I rarely use USPS shipping but anytime I do, I regret it. The ladies working on the floor consistently make me feel awful anytime I use the Post Office."

"I been waiting for my package to be delivered, over due by 4 days. Checked amazon, noticed the package was sitting in a USPS facility about 25 miles away for 4 days. Well USPS attempted to deliver today but required a signature. WHAT! Ok, so now I try to contact the USPS, what a huge waste of my time, no one picks up, around and around we go on the phone automated system. Just another worthless government agency...."
