Reviews of Stowe Arena
"As a hockey dad, I've experienced rinks all over the Northeast. Stowe has one the best. The viewing area is warm and gets you right behind the net. Great food and coffee too, which never happens at rinks. I mean, I would go here for coffee if I lived in Stowe. The kid said the locker rooms were clean and nice. Bathrooms are clean. Just a friendly, terrific spot for our kids to enjoy their favorite game."
"One of the better rinks in Vermont. Really nicely laid out, and very good sheet of ice. Good size concourse/warming area, that has seating at end of rink at ice level. Boards are integrated into the wall and nicely isolated and dampened to bring down the pitch of picks hitting the glass. Usually on weekends or tournaments the concession stand does food, they have great variety, including egg sandwiches, French fries, chicken tenders, hamburgers, and hot dogs. Locker rooms are all along one wall where the benches and timekeeper and penalty boxes all sit, which are basically off limits to the spectators. The bleachers are decent size and format on the opposite side of the benches, with no issues seeing all the play."
"Great place for community members to gather year round! The turf in the warmer months before the ground settles is great for soccer and baseball practices and of course this is a wonderful meeting place for hockey and ice-skating in the winter. It's always clean and lovingly cared for."
"Great place to take the family. Inexpensive fun.Snack bar on premise. Friendly staff. Plastic milk crates offered free to help begginers stand up. Rubber mats aligne the Arena ice."
"Great ice arena. Concession stand has large variety of food and drink choices. Warm spectator area on one end of rink. Bleachers setup along length of 1 side of rink. Large locker rooms with good bathroom/shower accommodations."
