"I’m having a terrible experience with OnTrac. I’m so angry with them. They’ve now failed to deliver my packed TWICE. Because of an “incomplete address” which makes no sense. I’ve left clear delivery instructions and ups/ all other delivery drivers have never had an issue delivering to my house. I now have to wait another couple days to get my package because of their incompetence. I will never get anything delivered with this company again. If I were you I would steer clear."

After contacting the company's customer service, I was told that the packages had been delivered and signed for by someone at my address. However, I never received any packages, and nobody at my address had signed for anything. please, big retailers, stay away from this company they will just steal our deliveries this is my tracking number and we have cameras on the building it was never delivered liers 1LSCYFB01041337 I challenge you to find who's stolen from the company this is not the first time this happens to me when they deliver using this company"
