If you have received a QR code from an online store, you can bring it to Walgreens and a team member will print your label and take your return. There are no additional fees for using this service, and acceptable packages must be securely sealed and properly labeled with a FedEx Express or FedEx Ground shipping label.
Returns are also accepted at this location, so if your online shopping return has a pre-printed FedEx label, you can drop off your sealed and pre-labeled package. International packages with a U.S. originated address are also accepted as long as they have a completed printed label using your FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please note that packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. "I am around 40 mins away from this location but it was the closest drop off i could find so I made the trip. When I got there and tried to drop off my package I was told they couldn't except it because their scanner could not read the type of label on the package (it was the label provided for a return item). Huge waste of time."
