"They've gotten better in the last few years that I've been in Franklin, but the first few was pretty obnoxiously lacking. But this past year, despite covid chaos, the staff and etc has improved and they've been very friendly and courteous. My mail carrier is very friendly and a pretty cool guy. The indoor mail staff have off days where they're kinda short tempered, but I would be cranky too if I had to work in a building that HOT during the summer. Biggest thing I've noticed with inside staff is if you act respectful and friendly, they'll return it. So if you're getting an attitude, it's usually because you're giving one lol"

"I really don’t know if this is Franklin Post Office’s problem, but my son paid $7.75 to have an important document sent to me in Florida. He mailed it on 10/16/20 as Priority - 3 day and it arrived today 10/26/20."

"they never deliver are mail if they do it all in bulk pretty much and they never deliver the packages that day and they always wait to do so the day after there suppose to arrive and half the time we never get are important bills"
