"CrossFit Plattsburgh is an awesome CrossFit gym right in the center of town. The owners were very friendly and took the time to show me around as well as answer my questions. They also have high quality Olympic weightlifting bars ( if you are looking to focus on the Olympic lifts) as well as good quality bumpers. They are walking distance from both the hospital and the university which is perfect for a drop in who is in town for a few days. I highly recommend this gym to both lifters and crossfitters, whether they be locals or visitors!"

The class was challenging, Kris the owner took the time to explain all of the exercises and made sure everyone was ready to work.
