"The employees here are extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited in line to mail my items but did not put them in any type of package assuming they would simply hand me one of the envelopes from behind the counter but instead told me to step out of the line get one fill it out then rejoin the line again when I’ve already waited atleast 15 mins in line. In fact it’s not even the entire staff but specifically the older Caucasian lady . Each time I go there to do business she just gives off this unwelcoming vibe. While trying to have her aid me in mailing my items she kept rolling her eyes and just seemed overly annoyed as if it was so hard to do a simple job."

"Tammy at the UPS Brown Ave center went above and beyond for me with a package that needed to be held. Inadvertently, the wrong return label was put on the package. She was able to stop it so it wouldn't go to the wrong destination. She was able to get the right label on it. In a world where its so hard to even get a hold of a customer service representative that then does very little to help a situation, she really went above and beyond! I am grateful! Thank you Tammy you're a rockstar :)"

"I had a package go to my other house (50 miles away) unexpectedly. I called the Manchester hub and they held my package so that I could retrieve the essential contents before a bad storm. The customer service woman was wonderful. She had to go to the floor to look for the package but was super nice and patient. I appreciate that they also list their phone number. One of the best hubs I’ve visited. (Please consider rating this site by its’ performance and not UPS problems in general.)"

"Terrible customer service. Driver never attempted to see if we were home upon delivery, when I was. This local facility called me a liar 3 times, only option was we could come in and pick up the package or they would redeliver. The local facility called me back 26 minutes after I made my first call, refused to contact the driver to reattempt delivery, so we attempted to come back between the times they said twice, first time "driver wasn't back", second time, "it was already on a trailer to be sorted", and after many more issues was told "it would now be delivered the next day". When I looked at the tracking info the next day, see that this facility returned the package to sender, without our permission, and submitted the request as our request to return. I called UPS only be to told that they will not deliver the package or try to intercept and fix the issue, until we contact the business we purchased it from to intercept. Not trustworthy, falsify documents upon driver delivery attempt, and falsify documents in facility by creating a 'return package to sender' tag, without request or permission. All done intentionally by this facility, because they got yelled at for calling a customer a liar. And yelled at again for not trying to help, and again calling someone a liar. When you call UPS they just say sorry that happened to you, nothing we can do."
