"Very poor service from the driver today. There was one truck ahead of the Ross truck at our loading dock and apparently, he could not wait and just dropped 2 pallets in our parking lot. Spoke briefly with the driver as he was pulling away. Have never experienced service this poor. Just did not seem to care. And days later no word from Ross. Must be no one is checking Google reviews. I sort of expected someone might respond."

"I really liked Ross few years ago but they are drastically going down hill fast! I called yesterday(12/21) to see if we could get 2 skids picked up before we closed at 1:30 for our Christmas party. Dispatch said their drivers are too busy to get here by then. Not a big deal we called another carrier to come get them. 1:30 Pm rolls around doesn’t Ross back in as we are closing to drop off 6 skids. Now onto the drivers, we have one in particular that can’t walk in our building but he’s yelling about something (pot hole in the driveway, paper towels ran out in the mens room or a light isn’t working) I pointed him in the direction of the facility manager to bring his complaints to and he walked out the door. Next this same driver is the only driver to ever complain about a type of skid we use. Says next time I use one he’s refusing it. This company is going to be the next Land Air at this rate."
