Usually staff are pretty annoyed or rude that you’ve missed your appointment, so i was planning on never going there again because i was embarrassed but the front desk worker Lexi reached out to me via text and was so polite and accommodating, offered to reschedule my appointment i missed. Really that is the reason i came back, because the staff are so friendly. I made my appointment and the boy at the desk was very friendly as well, super helpful. The eye tech was fast and efficient, as well as the owner who did my exam. Super impressed, will be back next year for my exam and will recommend to friends."

"I have been going here for years and bring my three kids here as well. I am happy with the services, it is a clean and professional environment. We see Dr. Smrkovski, he is very patient and kind with children. I used to be annoyed with how hyper I thought they were about getting my insurance card info months before the appointment, but it actually helps make everything smoother on the day of the appointment- I'm not digging around for cards and wasting everyone's time. I also like the appointment reminders that they do by text. Another good thing is that their receptionist is hilarious, sometimes this can make or break a place."
