"Really bad place to live nasty so bad water backpop water nasty not clean room it was very disgusting The walls were nasty this place is a dump that should be closed down That's your new and have no business going on here and it's supposed to be hotel is not a hotel it's renting rooms it's not a hotel we're going to clean your rooms That's what kind of hotel this is it's not a hotel it's a slum hotel it's a nasty hotel and a lot of people are complaining about the drug bus going on here everything should be shut down closed down not open up again this place is disgusting and don't even take care of the people that live in a building have a people don't have no heat it's really discussing you got druggies running in here running the place not taking care of it right You're hired druggies that's not good reputation and you got strippers running this place too that's not cool either and some pills in the building that's bad reputation to this business not real fake scam business they should be people in the building checking this place but they don't owner should be here taking care of not hiring these scamming people"

"The landlord was very disrespectful and so was the maintenance guy, I have never been so disrespected in my life. The railing upstairs looks like it’s falling apart and they wouldn’t do anything about it, when we first moved in they didn’t have hot water for 3 days, the landlord and maintenance guy were unreasonable. I heard one of the room was mouse infested and I don’t know if they got rid of them"

"Once a year my entire family drives to Cambridge to visit. Every year we stay at this motel. The owners who run the motel are extremely nice people, they are always very accommodating and respond quickly to requests. The rooms are always very clean. The only two negative things have a silver lining. The televisions are extremely small but during our last visit they were very excited to tell us they will be getting larger dressers and TV's. The only other minor inconvenience is the water pressure being a bit low BUT other motels that we have stayed at in this area have a very strong sulfur smell in their water, this motel doesn't have that which is a HUGE plus. Over all this is a great, clean motel with amazing staff and a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere. Plus, the prices are great!"

"This was the perfect spot to stay while I was at the Monks of New Skete for a week long dog training workshop. My room was spotless and quiet, the bed was comfortable and freshly made up every day. and the owners were friendly and helpful. Great spot!"

"If you ever need a place to stay in upstate New York this is the place! We recently visited Cambridge and Hoosick Falls all the way from Alabama and stayed here. Such a friendly atmosphere.
