"Called and was told 15-20 min for a short ride from barre to enterprise rent a car to pick up a rental. 45 min later and no show or call. Didn't bother calling to see what was up as I just got on the bus after waiting almost an hour for nothing. Two stars... I guess..because he did call back quickly after sending me to voicemail when I first called.."

"Called for a taxi for a 3m8 trip to pick up my car at the garage. He said 15 min. I called an HR later no answer. I called 2 hrs He hung up on me. This is the second time I have tried to use them. First time they were a. No show too. Don't know how they stay in business. Very rude and a waste of time. Now it's raining."
