"I wish I'd read the reviews. It appears that Dale is great when he decides to show up, but will otherwise leave you hanging. He gave me a ride at 1:30 today from a car dealership. I had to have my vehicle worked on and decided that it would be nice to ride some of the local mountain bike trails about 8 miles from the dealership. Dale showed up on time and gave me and my bike a ride. He was personable and professional. He dropped me off at my destination and agreed to pick me up at 5:00. Sure enough, when 5:00 rolled around, no Dale. I waited. And waited. The dealership closed at 6pm, and I was 45 miles from home. Dale knew this, but still left me hanging. Luckily, I was able to flag down a local guy with a pickup at 5:30 who agreed to bring me to the dealership. That restored my faith in humanity. Don't do it, people. Dale will break your heart."
