"Manger doesn’t know how to talk to people. Customer service honey is NOT your thing. Try imagining not getting paid for THREE MONTHS. Can’t imagine working with Kate. Very rude and belittling over the phone and really bad at answering questions. However the other individuals spoken to over the phone were kind and understanding with the frustrations of not being paid for so long. Wouldn’t recommend, too much hassle just to get a pay check. Good luck folks."

"I recently became employed by this company after 5 separate interviews. One phone, and 4 in person. I went into it explaining my lack of knowledge about payroll, but also my previous back office banking experience and willingness to learn. I got the job, and was reassured it would take a while to learn everything and not to be afraid to ask questions. After 14 days of employment, I was let go. When I asked why, I was vaguely told it was for not "knowing enough" about payroll, and not being a "good fit" and they wouldn't elaborate. How 2 weeks is long enough to learn a whole new system and everything to know about the job, is beyond me. Good riddance!"

"This company provides service for the state program I work for. Their service, software, “solutions” are all 1 star. Whatever the state is paying is a waste of our tax money and should be audited by a third party. They have no respect for state contractors ignoring simple requests, such as cease in calling my home at 8:30 am on a Sunday. I have told them repeatedly to not call our home number to reconcile time on the broken software we are forced to use. Just completely ignored. This new app was put into place to circumvent fraud. There is no way it’s succeeding. This new process literally invites fraud. Regulating our own government is exhausting but I guess I’ll be driving to the capital to speak with someone about this company. I refuse to take more hospice clients specifically due to this vendor. As a former EVP from the financial sector, I was tasked with process improvement for every division from auto finance to commercial checking to our online banking - there is no way this process was reviewed and approved by people competent enough to make those decisions."

"AS of right now my paycheck is almost two days late. No phone call, no email, no notice that we wouldn't be getting paid, just NOTHING. THEN, I'm getting calls that my automatic payments and bills failed to come out due to there being no funds in that account, which HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE MOVED MONEY and now I have 120 bucks in FEES that I have to pay that could have been avoided with a small phone call, or email. TODAY I got my pay stub in the mail stating I got paid, when i did not actually get paid. When you are responsible for so many people's money, you should at least have the common decency to call them and let them know what is conspiring. When it will be fixed etc."
