"When our family came to switch out our phones, the employee came up to us as soon as we came into the store, and was super polite/helpful while we switched our phones out. It was a super easy and quick process, and he was super nice the entire time. It wasn’t stressful or hectic in the store, and Cameron answered all of our questions and did it in a way that wasn’t condescending or confusing at all. It was by far the best experience we’ve had at AT&T so far."
