"We found GMA after searching for a ski club that could teach my kids how to go off jumps safely and GMA has been everything I had hoped it would be. My kids (one skier, one snowboarder) are thrilled to be learning all the tricks they've been wanting to do, and I've been really impressed with the progression plans the GMA coaches put in place. Safety is top of mind with this crew, and the emphasis is on developing life-long athletes who love the sport (not just pushing kids to get that next medal or whatever). The coaches are also really kind, empathetic, and foster an incredibly supportive culture. We love it. This group sends a ton of kids to Nationals every year, too, so the training is both safe AND legit. They also have some seriously cool training options in the summer, too."

The instructors are highly qualified and there are pathways for kids just starting out in the freestyle and big mountain disciplines to a competition program that consistently sends athletes to USASA nationals. "Inexperienced instructors for children. Incapable of controlling a small group of rowdy children. Not safe. One instructor said he had had two concussions in a week and probably shouldn’t be there but he was letting children run amuck in the Stowe lodge. He probably shouldn’t be teaching kids."
