"I will never use Jasckson Hewitt again the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. Filled my tax back in February tax never got sent. When I called all he kept saying was on its being processed 2 months later still didn't get my refund just to have him resend it. He has no clue what he is talking about he just mumble on and on telling b.s. to get client off the phone instead if fixing the problem the first 4 times I called. Until I was finally getting really pissed and wondering why 2 months later still no refund"
