Upon entering noticed the place is very clean and they offer an array of options. The arrangements were beautiful and elegant. Staff was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!! "Been using these guys for years - I don't live in NH so having a responsible, quality floral design + delivery is always key. recently there was a little snafu with a mother's day delivery and these folks promptly fixed and redelivered... that just doesn't happen.. i'm still in shock that they just resolved the issue, no questions - apologized and made good on their commitment - long story, short, we're all human and sometimes things go a little sideways and I'm touched and amazed by the quality of their designs and their amazing customer service. Thank you! ❤️"

"It seems I can't post the actual advertised photo in its full form. It was a very special birthday for my wife and I wanted for her an amazing bouquet of flowers. When she brought flowers home and I saw them, I was so disappointed that I had to write this review and I never review anything! I did buy the most expensive offering of the bouquet, not the cheapest and even if I bought the cheapest and got what I got I would still have been very upset. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but I have to give them 1. I guess they deserve 1 because they at least delivered the flowers. Delivered bouquet had at least 1/4 of the flowers of what the advertised bouquet had. I recommend going to the store and buying actual flowers so you know what you are paying for. Buying online to be delivered is not a smart idea as you are going to be cheated."
