"I honestly only go because they are the closest health center in the area. In the past, they made me jump through hoops to get my birth control refilled (I ended up switching to getting it through PP because CHC made it nearly impossible). My primary care dr (the prescriber of the birth control) Dr Jupin (she's changed her name since but I cannot remember what it is now as I have not seen her since) expressed discomfort with prescribing me the birth control but did so anyways without really discussing the side effects of it or later following up with me. (The birth control situation was about 3 years ago now so I am fuzzy on the details). At my last visit, the front desk staff wouldn't let me check in without signing up for the patient portal. She did not explain what the portal was for or how to properly set it up, just handed me a paper with a url and a pass code on it. (and I'm honestly still not sure what the portal is for or how it benefits me in any way). I've also had issues with the urgent care side. I understand that covid has made things trickier on their end, but I generally feel rushed and confused in my interactions with them (twice now in the past year). I've also had issues with billing and the desk staff being generally unhelpful in explaining what the problem is (what part insurance isn't covering, how to fix it,etc). Would give 1 star but honestly Chelsea Greeno (psychiatrist) is a redeeming quality for the establishment. I began seeing her almost two years ago now and she has been excellent in adjusting my meds to my needs and communicating with my therapist any concerns either of them have to coordinate my care."

"Bad weekend support. They messed up a prescription for my son who got strep throat, and ive tried multiple times to talk to someone to fix it, and they keep paging on-call but noone calls back? There is zero digital ways to contact anyone, no chats, emails, texts, or online forms, just a phone number which you to talk to multiple operators who you keep telling the same story to, and then noone calls you back. Meanwhile my sons gonna have to wait 3 days for his antibiotic."

"Dr.Berryhill is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I have had a hard to manage thyroid problem for years and he’s always been so thorough and takes as much time as I need for every appointment to try to figure out what we can do month to month as my results change. He genuinely cares for his patients and it shows every visit. He never rushes the appointment and goes above and beyond what any doctor ever has for me. The wait can be a bit longer sometimes but I don’t mind, he’s worth it! He has a very busy schedule, and might get a little behind from time to time but he’s seeing other patients and trying to get through every one of them with patience and attention so I definitely won’t complain ever that I’m waiting a little longer then I was supposed to. I wouldn’t want him to rush me to catch back up so I wouldn’t ask him to do it to anyone else."

"I can't say enough good things about my doctor, Steven Kornbluth and his nurse, Ann Tuttle at CCHC who have taken care of me for 15 years. Even though I am "disgustingly healthy" as he humorously describes me, whenever I do have a health concern he and Ann take care of it right away. When I leave a message for Ann to call me back I always receive a return call the same day; sometimes within an hour or two. If I need a new or refilled prescription they are always called in and filled the same day. Even though all patients' visits are scheduled and timed for "economic efficiency", Dr. Kornbluth still manages within his given time constraints to listen to all my concerns and address them, and let me make the final decision on my care. Recently when I came down with Covid, Ann got me a prescription right away and then actually called me back a few days later to see how I was doing. Thank you Dr. K. and Ann ! You're the best !"

"I took my Daughter to get a Antibiotic for her abscessed tooth and the women asked me to wear a Mask - there is no Laws saying i have to wear one if there was i would of been wearing one. Nobody in the office was wearing one also.They then processed to hold me at the office telling me they were going to help me and Called the police instead. We left and filed Lawsuit with our Military insurance"
