"We ordered flowers for our daughter to be delivered on 9/8/23. The flowers were delivered 30 mins before the end of school (not in the morning as expected), Also we are extremely disappointed with the fact that the flowers were purchased at Price Chopper,with the marketplace sticker and price still attached!(If this is normal practice then I think the correct thing to do would be to bring them back to the shop and wrap them without a price tag and sticker from another store attached) Card was incorrectly signed,and the carnations were nearly dead by Sunday. Super super disappointed and will never order here ever again."

"Never have I ever been anything but extremely pleased with every order. The arrangements are always lush and fresh. If a particular item is no longer available, Kathy has always reached out to me with a generous replacement. I have been ordering flowers and plants from Farrant's for many years. They are my go-to shop for all the occasions I'm not able to be home for."

"My family told me the flowers they received were from Farrant’s.. BIG MISTAKE. I complained wildly about what they received and it turns out Ferrant’s was NOT the florists. I had emailed Ferrant’s with my scathing complaints and they returned my email that very same evening. So Ferrant’s I owe you a big apology and I also owe you an order. I will be in touch and thank you for being so responsive and kind. I am sure your kindness will show up in your designs. Thank you."

"Called before Christmas to send flowers to my mother, who due to COVID would spend the holidays alone, in a rural area, months after losing her husband. Kathy, head designer, promised she would get my delivery out to my mother with 24/48 hrs but just in time for Christmas. I was so emotional to know she would get something to cheer her up. My mother received nothing, my credit card never got charged and we were forgotten. This flower shop is less than 1 hr from my mothers home. Very disappointed and will never use this shop again. I’ll pay more to use shops further away with a better business acumen. I’m now canceling my credit card number to air on the safe side. Buyer beware!"

"It was 30 mins before the Father-daughter dance and we forgot a corsage. I called the shop and they offered to make us one even though they were closed. She was super friendly and made a beautiful corsage in minutes. So lucky and thankful. ♡ They even still offered the discount. Next year we'll definitely be ordering here again, but not last minute. ;)"
