"I was recommended to go here from a doctor at the Burlington Emergency Department and the lady who works at the front desk here was very very rude. She had a very bad attitude and was super short with all of her answers to our questions. She was insanely insensitive about the pain my fiancé is going through and didn’t want to offer the help that they COULD do and point us in the direction we could go, sense the Burlington Emergency Department DID recommend us to THIS clinic?? She even said there was no point in scheduling at their clinic to even take a look at his mouth, and basically made him feel like he was a waste of her time. DO NOT go to this clinic with emergency needs UNLESS you want to be talked to like dirt."

"I see Dr. Humphrey as my primary care physician and she is wonderful. She cares about her patients, so easy to talk to and if she's busy then she gets back with you as soon as possible. The staff at the desk and the nurses are very pleasant to deal with too."

"Dr. Cangiano has been my primary care physician for 5-6+ years now, and everyone who works here has been so kind and sweet!! I feel listened to and respected each time I call or come in, which is amazing. They're all flexible as well. My only gripes are the wait times and the process for getting certain medications filled. Waiting takes forever both in the waiting room and in the office rooms, but the nurses, doctors and students are always so sweet. Additionally, one of my medications is always a hassle to get filled, since it can be addictive, and getting the prescriptions from the office to the pharmacy can be a process. There has only been 1 failure to get me my medication due to technical issues that led me to go almost a week without them, but once it was discovered, I got my meds right off. Overall, awesome place!"
