Todo Institute

Todo Institute is a health institution located at 1278 Rotax Road in Monkton, Vermont, United States. Our mission is to help individuals live purposeful lives by recognizing the limited time we have on this earth. Our publication, Thirty Thousand Days, serves as a journal for purposeful living, with contributions from Zen teachers, poets, activists, and more. Through a blend of psychological, spiritual, and practical approaches, we aim to guide individuals towards a life filled with meaning, gratitude, and passion.

With your membership to the ToDo Institute, you will receive a copy of Thirty Thousand Days. Our library contains hundreds of articles, audio, video, book excerpts, and more for you to explore. Our residential certification program offers a comprehensive educational opportunity in Japanese Psychology, including Morita Therapy, Naikan, and Kaizen. Led by Gregg Krech, author and seasoned teacher of Japanese psychology, the program immerses participants in a small intentional community in the beauty of Vermont for nine days.
