"I am in this God awful emergency room now. With a nurse with a bad attitude I have been stuck in the hallway for over 5 hours in emense pain. Being ignored and I get places like this get busy but lie to me and catch attitude. That doesn't sit well with me."
"They have a real nasty habit of not listening to you if you're a woman or if there's a slight chance you just have anxiety."
"If I could give it zero stars I will give it 0 stars. We used to live behind the hospital 2018 to 2021. In 2018 I visited the emergency room and was treated but the staff was very rude. We had a traveling nurse come live with us and the staff was gossiping about me to the nurse, who told me very specific details about why I was there that no one should have known, which is a violation of HIPAA laws then. In 2019 my husband who's a disabled vet, started complaining about severe back pain and this is a man who does not complain about anything. We went to the ER and they immediately accused him of wanting pain medication and we were sent out within two weeks we went to the ER 11 times We were sent away every time until finally one doctor did an MRI even though we had been pleading we don't want pain medication we just want to find out what's wrong with him at this point he couldn't walk. A doctor finally did an MRI and he had a severe spinal infection and was within hours of passing away They shipped him down to White River junction where he could get good care and they couldn't believe how many times we had been sent away. 11 times we begged for answers not medication and we were shamed and sent away with my husband screaming in agony. I realize that there is a problem with opiate addicts but my husband could have died because of these assumptions. Shame on you He was in the hospital for 7 weeks when two weeks prior if it had been caught it could have been treated a lot easier now 4 years later he still having complications because of their inability to access the situation without bias. I wouldn't take a raccoon that's been hit by a car to the hospital let alone a human being"
"The ER facility is disgusting. The staff are unprofessional, announcing diagnoses loudly as they enter a patient’s room. They do not use research based techniques for talking to distressed patients and tackled a suicidal teenager after she was defiant as they spoke down to her. They talk loudly about the patients from their bay. It’s deplorable."
"The two times I’ve been to this facility have been horrible! In the ER diagnosed with a rib that had broken five years ago, nope not even close. How about a gall bladder full of stones? Yesterday went to radiology, called for my results today. Their new Patient Portal was not available so I called for results, nope. I wouldn’t suggest this back- water facility to my worst enemy."
