"Worst dr office I’ve ever dealt with. Several times I have called to get my prescription refilled and will have to call back 2 or 3 times before they finally do it. After I have already ran out several days before. The pharmacy has even contacted them for me after they failed to send in the refill and they still get around to it when they feel like."
"I'm a trans man and I can confidently say the staff here are very friendly and accommodating to me. My PCD, Dr. o'Brien has been amazing and respectful to me, helping me with my transition as well as any general health concerns. They are very LGBTQ friendly, listing my preferred name so I don't have to hear or speak my deadname during my visits. They've been great about scheduling my visits around my work schedule, and everyone has just been very nice."
"I have seen a few different providers in the time I've been coming here, and all have been professional and done a great job of answering questions, presenting different options, and listening to my preferences. I have really appreciated their help. I have only had good experiences with all the other staff. Like any primary care nowadays, they seem quite busy, and the Porter electronic health system does seem a little clunky, so I would recommend being proactive and following up on things when you need to. That said, they do always call back when I reach out with questions and their nurses are really helpful."
"It's nearly fourteen years ago that I first made an appointment at Little City, and during the ensuing years the staff, nurses and docs have been attentive, conscientious, practiced patient-oriented medicine, provided sound diagnosis and treatment plans. The administrative staff members have been gracious and friendly."
"Dr. Holmes has been my primary physician for the past few years, and I'm very satisfied with the care I receive at Little City. He is professional and courteous, listens well and discusses issues thoroughly, and clinic staff seem to provide as personal and timely a service as they can within the constraints of UVM/Porter's systems (which, admittedly, leave much to be desired from a patient perspective). Still going there after moving over an hour away, as finding even marginally good health care in Vermont is tough, and good doctors of all types are scarce."
