"First and foremost let me say one thing, I AM NOT AN ANIMAL. I have feelings and experience pain. Something that the staff here does not seem to understand. Apart from the fact that they gave me a glorified band aid for a deep cut, the NP that was assisting me gave me attitude when I jumped from the seat after she jabbed me with the needle. Give your staff some training in empathy."

"I had just Arrived In St Johnsbury for a visit and fell ill. Taken to ER and was immediately taken for treatment. My whole experience was positive. All staff was very competent."
"Having been coming here for years. Blood draws for Adams cancer treatment. They have a bazaar system for getting you in for your required blood labs. It seems that they, meaning the staff, are more concerned who is getting their break next and who us going to lunch. Ok, I get it. But, at 9:30 in the am. Maybe empty out the waiting room and make an attempt at helping the patients, and then have your well deserved break/lunch. The woman that draw the blood seem miserable. Sorry there are emergencies that interrupt your break. Sad."
