"After going to the walk-in clinic at the hospital I was given a referral so I called and like any other doctor they were booked out for awhile but was told Wednesday's are walk-ins and they open at 8:30AM and was reccomended to come at 8:00AM. I couldn't come early but arrived around 8:30 and wrote my name on the list, which had about 7 names ahead of me and I wasn't sure how long the wait would be but by 10:15 I had been called and I was in. Being a new patient usually they have all this paperwork but this was super simple, just my insurance card, ID, 4 signatures, a photo and I was waiting for the doctor. (All of check in took 5 minutes) within another 5 minutes I was going back to a room and the nurse was very kind and friendly, she just asked my reason for visit, medications and some family history questions and said the doctor would be in (7 minutes with nurse and 5 minutes for the doctor to arrive) The doctor was was also very nice and friendly, she was super helpful and not only took care of what I needed to be seen for but asked if there was anything else and I asked if she would look at something else and she did. Both things were sent to the lab so I will get a follow up. I rate my experience a 10/10 Fantastic from the reception to the instructions from the nurse before I left. This is by far the best dermatologist in the area. I couldn't be happier with the service and I will surely come back to their walk in any time I need to and will highly recommend it to everyone I know up here. A great tip for walk in is if you want to be seen ASAP, come at 7:45-8:00am and sign up early. That's how it's done but even if you have to wait all day.... It's way better than the other doctor the hospital reccomended and that doctor is through the hospital but in an office down the road. Comparing the two doctors is like comparing night and day."
