"I have been with Richmond Family Medicine for several years now, and have always felt cared for as a person as well as a patient. All the employees have been a pleasure to speak with, and I never have any issues with appointments or referrals. I will continue to visit Richmond Family Medicine and Dr Goodyear for many years to come."
"While I’ve just started working with Deirdre Howard, the office came highly recommended by another patient. I’ve been satisfied so far. They’re people, not perfect, and are doing the best they can when medical care is tight and in high demand. It’s up to the patient to be part of the healthcare community and process."
"I've been seeing Dr. Goodyear for nearly four years. He and Richmond Family Medicine have provided the best primary care I have ever had. They are always prompt to respond, courteous, professional, and, most importantly, effective. I really feel like they care about my health."
"Dr Rabin is one of the most irresponsible Doctors in Vermont. The office staff is a disgrace. No different from any other money hoarding Dr. Requiring an office visit when the patient had been seen 3 weeks prior for an order of Durable Medical Equipment. The company she ordered from (finally after a threat to call Medicare) was not given the proper prescription or her insurance information. If there were only more choices in rural Vermont!! Richmond Family Medicine would get a Zero if that was a choice."
"Excellent care here. I usually see the NP Rachel Putnam, she’s really caring and gets to know you holistically, always offering different tips and ways to promote wellness. I recently saw the other NP Susan Jaynes for an appointment and she was also great. Knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend either of them. And also appreciate the secretary’s kindness and help when I call to schedule or make payments. Thanks"
