"Outstanding service by Dr. Rodgers and again by Page Tomlinson. I can not tell you how impressed I am by there ability to address our problems. Thanks"
"Just came back to FPA after leaving to follow my Doc who then discontinued his practice. Never had a problem with them or their service then and happy to report I got the same service upon my return. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful even in these pandemic times. No complaints. Happy to have them so close to home."
"I know that these people mean well and are not out to make anyone's life more difficult. I'm sure that many--if not most--of their patients (especially those who live close by) are well cared for and happy with the care they receive. I am posting this with the hope of saving someone else the trouble that I have gone through with this office. This office does not have the ability to fill prescriptions electronically. This may not seem like a major issue, but keep in mind that if you need a prescription filled and you are not nearby, you will have to drive to the office to pick up a paper copy or wait for one to be mailed to you. Additionally (and perhaps most importantly) they are disorganized on a level that I have never experienced with a medical practice (one example is that, after I requested that something be sent to me by mail, my provider left me a voicemail saying that he had received the request and was placing it in the mail. After waiting a week, I called the office and was scolded for "just expecting that they would send me something"). In the year that I was a patient here, I had 2 or 3 experiences like this. My suggestion to Family Practice Associates to improve their service, is to focus on their processes and customer service. Patients will always have more interactions with the office than with their provider and I think that this, and all practices, should take greater care not to condescend to their patients and to approach their role with considerably more empathy."
"Fantastic doctors. Everyone in the office is so friendly. They're super knowledgeable and are willing to work within financial means"
"Terrible customer service...can get much better care elsewhare."
