"Another store with a poor return policy, selling items that have been opened and are damaged. Purchased an item here and discovered it was defective that same night, emailed the business that night, and got a response saying they could not refund me or anything. They want you to contact the company itself, which you then need to pay for shipping in order to get a replacement, essentially deflecting all fees of defective items onto the customer. Not to mention, the owner who got back to me is essentially a foreigner as they were speaking in broken English that was nearly gibberish. Probably Indian. I know what the response is going to be. They're going to claim I didn't do something right or that I'm silly for expecting a refund on an adult toy. It's easily predictable. I'm not trying to scam this business or anything. If I were trying to make money on returns I wouldn't be doing it at an adult store since they all have strict refund policies. The fact of the matter is that I received a defective item and they told me to get lost."
