"Brought grandson ,they didn't even check vitals just said it was a virus and take Tylenol and fluids. Was seen by reg Dr next day and he has severe pneumonia and if we had wanted a couple of days he would have been in hospital. I understand they are busy but at least listen to the lungs"

I told him about my concerns and he addressed each one. I have seen a lot of negatives on here, so I am curious how the follow-ups will go. Depending on that, it may be more or less stars."
