"I never even got to meet the doctor. I was treated so horribly. I was left in the outdoor waiting room because the sign said do not enter without a mask. We have chronically ill patients, so I respected that and waited. The lady looked at me and acknowledged I was there, and never came out to ask me who I was, or to check me in there was no masks outside the door. I had my daughter which I had to take out of school early to go to this appointment. Finally, a medical assistant came out on her break with her cell phone and her vape in her hand. I asked her if she could kindly let them know. I was here that I didn’t have a mask and I didn’t know what to do. She said go in and get one you’ve been marked as a no-show very rude.!!! I said this is not the place for me! Our society is so far gone ! LAZY!"

"Awful. Was never told I would be charged for a 15 minute call. The call even left me crying because of this drs bedside manner and how insensitive he was. This was just over the phone, can’t imagine how it is in person. Not once was it ever mentioned that it would be charged as an office apt, and was only referred to as a phone consultation. I have had plenty of medical providers offer a free call for a couple of questions, as at the end of the day we are customers trying to decide if this dr/practice is right for what we need. Even lawyers offer free 15 minute calls, this practice is acting like a free call is unheard of in the industry, and that I should of assumed I was being charged, even though it was never mentioned! This is Vermont and there are plenty of other alternative practices that offer the same services AND a free call to ask some questions, I encourage you to give them your business instead, absolutely disgraceful."

"A+ 10/10 Amazing Fantastic! I would recommend Preventive Medicine and Dr. hobie and the crew, to anyone who tried typical antidepressants and didn't see improvement. Dr. Hobie and the team are fantastic to work with and I've had only good experiences when I get treatment. **Below is a description of treatment results** Ketamine therapy with Dr. Hobie has helped me rediscover the feeling of clarity and peace in my headspace. "I've been beyond blessed to make the switch to seeing Dr. Hobie. I slightly have medical office anxiety, I tend to panic over the smallest things and often find myself leaving every office in a fear of panic and tears. Every appointment I come into seeing happy faces, wonderful conversation and most of all a doctor that doesn't make me feel like I'm crazy, doesn't cause high anxiety, and honestly relaxes me making my medical issues feel much more "normal " than any doctor has.
