"Never in my life have I ever got stale cigarettes from anywhere I've never had to check them before. Got a pack from here and they were so hard and dry you you could here them crunching. I know you can't return tobacco but a store should be checking their inventory regularly. Employee didn't even offer to do anything to make it right. Will never be returning here."
