"Very unprofessional suboxone doctor and staff at facility. I became very ill and missed appointments for doctors visits and the doctor discharged me from the suboxone program and said he would be inabling me not to get better. Told me after I got better from my illness he could give me suboxone again. At the most important and sickest point in my life this place took me off suboxone and not because of a dirty urine. Do not start treatment at this place if you are ill or think you may become ill!"
