"This used to be a good location to be seen for same day appointments when you couldn't get to your primary care doctor, but now it seems they've transitioned to scheduling entire days worth of appointments and leaving walk-ins to fill any (limited) gaps. Since there isn't any triaging done with appointments, expect long waits. This is going to drive a lot of people either away from seeking care at all, or to the ER when it isn't needed. Its hard to say exactly what this issue is here, or if the urgent care facility even sees it as one. The staff are all fairly nice people and when you are seen, they do a great job. Just be prepared to be told you've got a four to five hour wait to be seen if you weren't fortunate enough to schedule your sinus infection or ruptured eardrum in advance."

"I don't know what is going on with this company I don't know how you can put a company in a small town in upstate New York and Constantly have these issues that are going on. You can't get anybody on the phone you can't get test results test results are constantly screwed up there are things that are happening that should not be happening. The sad part about all of this I truly enjoy going there the staff is always great and friendly but you can tell that the staff does not have support from the company that they are working for because they are stretched out you can't keep anyone and this is a constant. I don't know what corporate is doing but whatever it is you guys need to look at what is happening because You are ruining a great business by not supporting your staff that is on the ground You cannot get people on the phone You come there they Don't let You Know when an appointment is Canceled You Don't Know what's going on You Don't Know what is happening the dates NEVER match up something Needs to be done at this point. Because it's almost like they're running a money mill like just to be able to get some quick cash running through in a couple insurance payoffs like this is ridiculous I know that they have been having ceiling and roof issues no one is doing anything about this this has been going on for quite some time now. This is unacceptable it is not okay they have screwed with people's time in terms of scheduling an appointment I needed to get in January 3rd for a COVID test got there was closed they let me schedule it on January 4th Got there was CloseClose no one informed me then I got a text message in the middle of the night about my previous appointment that it was canceled no 1 bothered to follow or say anything about what is going on."

"When our primary office couldn’t get us in, I brought my 5 year old on a Friday evening not knowing what to expect. Within an hour she was seen, diagnosed with strep, and we were on our way. The staff was SUPER kid friendly. Nia Phillips was amazing. The slushee machine was the cherry on top for a girl with a sore throat!"

"After my doctor's office, HHH told me to wait until Monday to be seen. So, I went in and sat at WellNow Plattsburgh for 3 and a half hrs. That didn't bother me though lots of patients. Once I was seen, they took care of the testing, gave me some Tylenol to get my fever down that had spiked to a not so normal Temp. Did some testing, they said I was positive for strep, and when my fever went down they sent me on my way to pick up antibiotics. Had I waited until Monday like my doctor's office said to, I could have gone septic, it was so bad... Today is Tuesday and feeling much better thanks to the team at WellNow Plattsburgh."

"I hurt myself while at work, and was able to make it to wellnnow just before they closed. They technically didn't have any more openings but they asked the provider to squeeze me which I greatly appreciated because that meant I didn't have to deal with the ER! They were all so nice and got me in and out so fast! Highly recommended!"
