"Reliable friendly and knowledgeable about product and price is very fair. Would hire him again"
"Looks like Ron is doing a great job! I’ve heard good things about this place. I know they’ve relocated a few times but looks like he’s still at it."
"We've been a customer of Orbit for many years. Never have we been more satisfied than with Orbit! Ron (Owner) is professional, courteous, friendly and very competent at his profession!! Ron is always available to help with problems, even when I make stupid mistakes; he has even come over after hours to solve my issues. His products are high quality and prices are very fair!!"
"I had to rewrite this do to the owners response, or non-response as he never addressed my issues with his work. Originally I wanted to keep this just about his work, but add to this his attitude and I would stay far clear from him. Yes we rented his display model at 2 Philips Ave in Rutland, paying over $1200 for that. I was excited to see the home theater and try it out as that does interest me. I am somewhat handy and wanted to see one professionally done. Needless to say I was disappointed. The owner Ron didn't even know of (Alexa) voice control and is pretty much stuck in the past when it comes to these systems. The wires were a rat's nest behind the units, so much that the piece of furniture could not sit flush against the wall. While the home theater room was nice and sounded good, it too suffered from visual clutter around the units and the remote was unnecessarily complex and didn't work as one would expect. Additionally the entire home audio system didn't sound as rich as I expected. When told about that he appeared to blame me. As for how he claims we left his unit a mess, all I can say is that he, knowing who I am, accepted me to come back after our stay, this happened several days after we left. So no we did not leave it a mess, I suspect he was just upset that his sound system remote didn't work and looking for someone to blame which seems to be his pattern."
"I was driving through Tilton earlier and the driver of Orbit's service van almost caused an accident with a minivan trying to get in front of them then swerved in front of me and cut me off to the point if I hadn't hit my brakes it would have been a crash. I called Orbit to report the issue (so they would know how they're being represented) and they just laughed and hung up on me. There are a ton of options out there for cable and sound system installation. I highly recommend using a company that doesn't actively ignore safety or customer concerns. Stay away from Orbit, they obviously dont care."
