"I have definitely been to your store many times. Why the defense? I gave you 3 stars, I did not say anything bad about your store. I will not shop there anymore now though if this is how you come at people who shop there. And my family spends a lot there every year around July 4th as well as me purchasing randomly throughout the year. Just because you do not see my name (as I have it here on google) in your rewards system, does not mean I have not shopped at your store before. I have actually been there many times. I hope your in person customer service is better and less defensive than online, especially when I said nothing bad about your establishment, just gave you a neutral 3 star rating which you earned."
"Amazing service and selection here. I have been a customer of Sparks Fly for many years for those reasons, but this year they really came through bigger than ever. A young couple in my family was getting married in a small (COVID forced) backyard wedding in mid July and all they wanted was great fireworks. I was up for the task, but realized there was a national shortage of fireworks.
