"I used this office for two years to file my personal tax returns. This year there was a long delay at KL’s offices between when they prepared my return and when they actually filed it, completely due to poor communication and their failure to give me forms to sign on THREE occasions. For the amount of money I paid, I don’t believe I should have to hound them about the filing process and status, but that was necessary this year. To make matters worse, when I complained, they took no responsibility for their part in it, blaming me instead. After I found one error they made on last year's return, they told me to find another accountant to file an amendment. That turned out to be a blessing because my new accountant across the river found several other errors besides the one I found. I recommend against working with this group! If you do, be forewarned that you need to check their work and stay on top of the progress of your return through their system. And don’t advocate for yourself too much or they will fire you."
