"Groton market is the best local wine, spirits and beer shop in the area. We love shopping here! They’ve got a terrific selection and everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. I’ve come in several times to buy ingredients for a new cocktail recipe and I’ve gotten great help on what to purchase. My dad loves shopping here too and always gets lots of great local craft beers!"

"One star, only because you have to put one to review, I am so appalled by the way one of the staff members acted tonight. I was on a video call with one of my children and was talking about tent rods to fix the tent I set up in my backyard so we can all camp out. The "woman" working there said to me " that's inappropriate, talking about bras" . I was talking about tent rods. She decided to get in my face and threaten me, not even having correct knowledge of the conversation I was having with my child. I will NEVER go back into that store with her working there. The owner at one point told the employee to walk away. She was in the wrong and completely disrespected a potentially paying customer that not only took money away from the liquor store, but money away from Filhos, where dinner was going to be had afterwards. Shame on her for her sickening behavior. What a disgrace to a local business that employs horrific people with such audacity to chime in on a conversation with a mother and her child that did not, in any way, have anything to do with inappropriate talk."

"Gorgeous store. Personable staff. My partner went in to buy us some wine and came out with two bottles. He and I enjoyed that the person behind the counter was bantering with him about a couple bands we like."
