"Waited 4 months on an order for a special occasion only to find out they didn't have the artwork they advertised on their website. Poor communication and have yet to see a refund for the order. UPDATE: I have called, emailed and even texted the person authorized to make the refund happen, but have yet to hear from her. This order was roughly $100 and I've yet to see a refund. The product I ordered was never received, nor could they fulfill the order since they didn't even have the artwork advertised. On an upside, I found a company in Pensacola, Florida who not only fulfilled my request WITHIN ONE WEEK from receiving my order, They also confirmed that they have heard MANY of the same stories of unfulfilled orders, no communication and shoddy product from Military Art. FINAL UPDATE: After nearly 2 months of requesting a refund, I finally received a full refund today. I am grateful they finally did what was right, however the amount of hounding I had to do in order to receive a refund was ridiculous. Don't waste your time with this company."

"I strongly encourage you to go elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs. If I could give zero stars, I would. I had been a loyal customer up until 2014 when I finally cut ties after dealing with rude, condescending customer service. If you place you order and it’s processed correctly, you’re good. But, if there’s an error on the company’s part, that’s when you see the true face of the company. Years back I noticed some of the graphics in their inventory were wrong and/or out of date and identified this issue to customer service. Their response? They wanted ME to pay for the upgrade/correction even though I wasn't ordering the specific graphic. So, I warn all you perspective non-military customers - do your research about their graphics to ensure they're using the current/correct graphics. And, finally, the company started using a cheaper ceramic material which results in a lighter, more breakable mug. Over the years I tolerated the poor customer service due to their outstanding product. But, when they switched to a cheaper product, it made it easier for me to walk away. Don’t waste your time – there are numerous other vendors out there who will value your business."
