"I have rented from Linbar for over 4 years now and overall my experience has been positive. Are the buildings brand new, no. Are all of your neighbors awesome people, no. Do I occasionally see a cockroach, sure. Do some units have bedbugs, yeah. Do they have a zero tolerance for late rent, absolutely. But here’s the thing, If I’ve ever had a problem all I had to do is report it and they tend to take care of it without much fuss. Luckily our building has never had bedbugs but I happen to know that they treat the ones that do regularly in an attempt to get rid of them. They take out the trash they vacuum the hallways they shovel in the winter etc. and if you can find a two bedroom apartment in Nashua for less than what they offer than you are a lucky person. It is a great value for what they charge and our only complaint is that we want something we can’t afford so by comparison to our “dream” it doesn’t live up."
