"I wouldn't live here again. I had cockroaches from the day I arrived to the day I left. I had repairs I requested my first week go ignored. A man got stabbed in the parking lot right after I moved in. Neighbors playing music and screaming at their kids well past midnight and into the early morning. Dumpster area is always overflowing, with garbage and trash slime all over the ground around it. Sometimes my shower would run out of hot water within the first 5 mins of a shower. Only one washer and one dryer in my entire building and they were both decrepit and filthy, and the laundry room locked at 8 pm so if someone started their laundry right before I got home, I wouldn't have time to do mine to completion since it often required 2 or 3 dry cycles. The parking lot is a hazard at best and a catastrophe waiting to happen at worst. If you have the means to go elsewhere, do it."

"Lived here for 5 years and the Management Is really nice and helpful It feels like living in my own house my Neighbors are really friendly And keep to themselves Even though I get a little Loud with my music they don't complain"

"i’ve lived here for almost a full year and you pretty much get what you pay for. the amenities are pretty old and we are on the ground floor so we get the occasional roach. but we have yet to get anything bad such as an infestation or anything like that. our landlord is very professional and responsive. i’ve had many issues in regard to technology for payment or losing my mail key, and he is always fast at responding and clear in what needs to be done. if you need a place to live that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, and you’re okay or able to do some maintenance on your own, i recommend this place. 7 minutes away from downtown concord, and 2 minutes away from a gas station or a grocery store, this place is a good way to get to know concord."

"Place appears to be decent. There is bed bugs though which is disgusting. Ive Growm up I'm spotless houses and never had to deal with such a thing things like this. overpriced considering the quality. Overall dump"

"I have lived in apartments all over the country from high end apartments to ghetto apartments where someone was shot right outside my window and they have all had bug issues. They have all had rude neighbors. They have all had rude, condescending, or ignorant property managers. . .except for this one. The property managers here are very friendly, helpful, and understanding. I have not had a problem that was not dealt with in a timely manner. The only rude neighbors here are the American ones doing drugs, playing loud music at all hours, and raising bully children who think they are better than everyone. The migrant neighbors are all kind, helpful, generous, and considerate of everyone. So, no, it's not the Ritz Carlton. It is outdated and in need of repairs. But I would rather live here than in any of the high end apartments I have ever lived in previously."
