"Will tow your car without hesitation. Then to boot not even inform you that it was even towed ! For 1 inch if that ! On the street it was barely sticking ! If it was for 3-4 inches okay but I didn’t even get a chance to move my car when I realized it was snowing, not even sticking mind you ! Then when I called the police because I had no idea where my car was the police informed me that it was towed, I then called “Allie” to find out more about this she answered the call happily with a hello (: how is your day ! Then when I brought up as to where my car is, she then replied oh yeah we towed it (: not even carrying about any of it ! I let her now I was not aware this snow was that bad to have to tow my car ! She then replied well if you didn’t wake up to the towing trucks that’s not my problem. This place is the worst place I have ever been in to treat there tenants like money bags ! She told me she doesn’t have the time to let “us” know that we have towed your car, that’s on you to find out. But she can call asking for the 100 fine that YES YOU WILL get if you are lucky enough to not have your car towed in time ! Unbelievable how rude this women is. Do not live here while she is managing. There crooked in more ways then what I have just stated."
