"Landlord gives special privileges to 'people' "who pay more than you" (I pay out of pocket on time btw no assistance what so ever), they're allowed to break the lease 5 ways from Sunday, smoke me out, set off fireworks, have an eyesore vehicle for a storage unit..I could go on. Unless you're desperate don't bother. Favoritism is here. Been here off and on since 2016. Take my word. I was also in the roach infested building that burned down."

"You don't want to live here. Management rented me an apartment in a building infested with roaches! Both times I looked at the apartment there were no signs of a roach problem. Come to find out the BOH had told management repeatedly the "entire" building needed to be sprayed (more than once) not just the apartments complaining. It wasn't until after the BOH inspected my apartment that I finally got screens for my living room windows. The dishwasher was finally secured and hooked up to water last week, again after BOH visit. My fridge blocks the second means of egress from the apartment. At least 7 apartments were without heat, mine included, well that got fixed, supposedly. Had heat for a few days and then woke up to no heat or hot water on Sunday. This is the second time in less than two weeks I've woken up to no hot water. When I do have heat, I can't control it. My apartment is like an oven and have to open windows. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!"
