"Booked an appointment a couple days in advance for 3 pedis. Got there about 10 minutes of. Didn't wait very long to be seated. My friend had a younger girl who I felt was maybe inexperienced in giving pedicures and/or she was new. She was very, very slow, didn't apply enough pressure when removing tough skin from the heel and just seemed out of it. My other friend was met with a little bit of an attitude when she asked her tech to cut her nails shorter and apply another coat of polish. The man I had must've gotten up at least half a dozen times and possibly forgot what he was doing because my legs were lotioned and washed twice. We were also charged the wrong amounts I think and I was given too much change. I think with some work this salon could be better, maybe they were just overwhelmed on this particular day. Nothing really spectacular, although the man working was very nice."
